SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

US Orders: We offer standard shipping via UPS. Please note, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. MarcShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Special rates may apply for shipping outside the continental US.

International Orders: Please contact us to inquire, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your MarcShop purchase. Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless your products arrive damaged.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped, and we encourage you to do the same when you receive your order. Claims for a damaged item after 48 hours will not be accepted. When your claim is approved, your item must be shipped back to MarcShop with the cost of that shipping being the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we’ve received your returned item. Depending on our inventory, we will either ship you a new product or refund your order.

If we are able to offer an exchange, MarcShop will cover the cost of shipping for your new item (US continental orders only). MarcShop is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

CANCELED ORDERS

There is a 4% processing fee on orders canceled by the customer, depending on the payment method.

ARE SAMPLES AVAILABLE?

Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, we cannot provide samples at this time. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll have the opportunity to experience our luxury social communications products firsthand. They really are worth it!

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Just visit MarcShop.com (hint: you’re already here!) to explore our collection and select your favorites (so hard, we know!), then follow our simple steps at checkout. We’ve made it easy, so you can focus on spreading joy! Just remember, our products are limited-edition, so order now before they’re gone.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

MarcShop has no minimum order requirements, but keep in mind you’ll receive free shipping on orders over $100. Free shipping and more joy? Stock up! Special rates may apply for orders outside the continental US. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

DOES MARCSHOP OFFER GIFTWRAPPING?

While we don't offer giftwrapping at this time, rest assured that the art of presentation is central to our brand because we know love is in the details. Our specially curated packaging is designed with meticulous care because we believe the unboxing experience should be as joyful as the product itself. 

I’VE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT’S NEXT? 

Once we receive your order (YAY!), one of our dedicated specialists will begin preparing your order in our Los Angeles studio. When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can expect to receive your order in 5-7 days, and we’ll send you a final email notifying you of delivery. Enjoy! 

HOW MUCH POSTAGE DO MARCSHOP NOTECARDS REQUIRE?

Our notecards can be sent with love using a standard 66 cent postage stamp.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website, but please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with your request. Additional processing and shipping times are required for international orders, and shipping fees vary by country and will be calculated based on the shipping address you provide.
