Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your MarcShop purchase. Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless your products arrive damaged.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, please notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are shipped, and we encourage you to do the same when you receive your order. Claims for a damaged item after 48 hours will not be accepted. When your claim is approved, your item must be shipped back to MarcShop with the cost of that shipping being the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we’ve received your returned item. Depending on our inventory, we’ll either ship you a new product or refund your order.

If we are able to offer an exchange, MarcShop will cover the cost of shipping for your new item (US continental orders only). MarcShop is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
